Established in Nairobi, Emplan supports developers, architects, project managers, contractors and institutional clients from early strategy through construction and handover. Our role is to make technically sound decisions clear, coordinated and buildable.

We combine internationally recognised engineering principles with a detailed understanding of East African construction, procurement, climate and operations. Years of working through complex projects have also developed strong project judgement: we anticipate constraints, respond proactively when circumstances change, distinguish workable solutions from unsuitable ones and help the wider team shape a project that can succeed in practice.
